beyond the stars

Green Stars, Bib Gourmand & the rest

The stars are the headline; the guide is bigger than that.

2 Green Stars · sustainability

MICHELIN's Green Star recognises kitchens leading on sustainability. In 2026 both go to Seroja and Fiz — Seroja also holds two food stars.

97 Bib Gourmand · good value

The Bib is where the everyday great eating is — hawker stalls and small restaurants at gentle prices. We sort the whole Bib list by hawker centre and by dish on the Eat page.

307 total in the guide

45 starred, 97 Bib Gourmand and 165 in the wider Selected list. Four restaurants left the starred list this edition (Chaleur, Euphoria, Esora, Alma).

how this page was made

What we checked, and what we don't publish

How the research was done. Each of the 45 restaurants was researched in depth via Perplexity, then every hard fact — star level, status, cuisine, address and nearest MRT — was re-checked against the MICHELIN Guide's own listing and the restaurant's own site before it went on this page.

What we hold back. Prices here are indicative and pre-tax — MICHELIN publishes no prices, and menus change with the season, so treat every figure as a guide and confirm on booking. Where a restaurant is between locations or temporarily closed, we say so rather than send you to a shut door.

MICHELIN Guide awards, star levels and restaurant identities are the MICHELIN Guide's. Every fact on this page was researched via Perplexity, then re-checked against the MICHELIN Guide and each restaurant's own site before publishing; prose is SC360's own. No MICHELIN write-ups or photos are reproduced.

Photographs on each card are self-hosted and credited to their source. No MICHELIN photographs or inspector write-ups are reproduced.
