Bib Gourmand, by hawker centre

Michelin's cheap-and-excellent list, rearranged so you can actually use it: which food centre holds the most, what dish each stall is known for, and what it costs in your money.

Two of those numbers are deliberately unflattering. 16 stalls have trading names that say nothing about the food, and Michelin publishes no dish field, so we will not pretend to know what they sell. And no price on this page is confirmed yet — Michelin publishes no prices at all, for any restaurant anywhere, so every figure has to be checked in person before it appears here.

Eating at the other end of the scale on this trip? We keep a companion guide to the 45 MICHELIN-starred restaurants for 2026 — the three-, two- and one-star rooms, by tier, with the neighbourhood and nearest MRT.

New to eating here? Start with how to order at a hawker centre — choping a seat, ordering your kopi the local way, and returning your tray — then chase something sweet with our guide to bubble tea, desserts & cafes.

what it costs you

What we don't know yet

Listed because leaving it out would make the rest look more certain than it is.

16 stalls · dish unknown

Their trading names give nothing away and Michelin has no dish field. We will not guess what a stall sells and send you across the island for the wrong thing.

7 places · food centre unresolved

Close to a food centre, but not close enough to be sure they are inside it rather than a shophouse next door. Excluded from every count above.

0 prices · nothing confirmed

Michelin publishes no numeric price for any restaurant, anywhere — only the $ and $$ bands you see on their site. So every price here has to come from someone standing at the stall. Until one is checked, this page shows no figure rather than an estimate dressed up as a fact.

Michelin's cheapest band. On this list it is almost always a hawker stall.
Michelin's second band — typically a shophouse restaurant rather than a stall.
