A California-contemporary steakhouse built around premium beef from the United States, Japan and Australia, including Hokkaido Snow Beef and Kagoshima wagyu. French technique underpins everything: steaks are grilled over charcoal and apple wood, then finished under a searing broiler. There is a serious raw bar and seafood list, more than a thousand wines and over fifty cocktails.
Chef-owner Wolfgang Puck, the Austrian-born American who opened Spago in 1982 and won a James Beard Lifetime Achievement Award in 2012. The Singapore kitchen is led by executive chef Greg Bess, who trained at Le Cordon Bleu and worked at Spago Beverly Hills before joining the Marina Bay Sands opening team in 2010; he has run CUT and Spago Singapore since 2019.

Dinner only. Reckon on roughly S$150 to S$250 per person, more like S$180 to S$350 once wagyu is involved, before service charge and GST. An early three-course menu runs around S$88 to S$150 if you sit down before about 6.30pm with a reservation.

Open daily for dinner, 5pm to 10pm, with the last seating at 9.45pm. The bar opens from 4pm. No lunch service.
A Tony Chi room of dark wood panelling, leather seating, bronze accents and warm amber light, with Hollywood portraits and a marble bar. Smart casual is strictly enforced: collared shirt or smart tee, trousers or tailored shorts, closed-toe shoes. No slippers, singlets, swimwear or gym wear; the door may turn you away.
