The format is a chef-curated, multi-course omakase that shifts with the season, blending premium Japanese produce with French technique for a light, subtle style. You choose between a six- or eight-course progression; everyone at the counter follows the same menu, and there are no non-seafood, vegetarian or vegan variations.
Head chef Kazuki Arimoto, from Osaka, cooked at two-star Tateru Yoshino in Tokyo from 2013, then at Crown in the Palace Hotel Tokyo and at Esterre with Alain Ducasse. He moved to Singapore in 2022 as sous chef, became executive chef in April 2024, and took the MICHELIN Young Chef Award alongside the restaurant's first star in 2025.

Six courses S$238, eight courses S$333, dinner only, before service charge and GST. Sake and beverage pairings are extra. It is considered good value for a starred omakase against Tokyo or Hong Kong.

An intimate 16-seat pine-wood counter facing an open kitchen, done in pale wood and soft lighting with a calm, minimalist feel and precise service. Smart casual — no flip-flops, singlets or tank tops, and closed-toe shoes are preferred.
The restaurant opened in 2021 under founding chef Shusuke Kubota. Arimoto joined as sous chef in 2022, became executive chef in April 2024, and earned the first star plus the Young Chef Award in July 2025 — the only new one-star that year — retaining the star in 2026.
