Mandai's own wording: Singapore citizens, permanent residents, and holders of an Employment Pass, Work Permit or Dependant's Pass aged 15 and above with a valid Singpass account. Sign-up is verified through Singpass MyInfo. Online you enter your WildPass-registered email; at the counter you may be asked for ID. Non-transferable, and it cannot be stacked with other promotions.
