Palawan Beach is the middle of Sentosa's three swimming beaches, sitting between Siloso to the west and Tanjong to the east, and it is the one pitched squarely at families.
Reaching the sand costs nothing — the beach is free public access — and what draws most people is the rope suspension bridge out to a small islet billed as the southernmost point of continental Asia, where a pair of timber towers give a view back over the water. Around it sits a cluster of separately ticketed attractions under the Palawan @ Sentosa banner: the Palawan Pirate Ship water-play area, the HydroDash inflatable aqua park moored just offshore, an animal and bird encounter, and a mini-golf course.
The beach itself, the bridge and the towers are all free; you only pay for the individual rides you choose to enter. You reach it from Beach Station on the Sentosa Express, the same stop that serves Siloso and Tanjong. Take the Sentosa Express to Beach Station and either walk the short flat path or hop on the free Beach Shuttle tram, which loops from the Beach Station terminal to all three beaches.
The signature photo — crossing the suspension bridge to the "southernmost point of continental Asia" and climbing the viewing towers — is completely free, so don't assume the Palawan @ Sentosa complex is one paid gate. Only the Pirate Ship water play, HydroDash and the mini-golf are ticketed; a family can get the bridge, the islet and the beach without buying a thing.
