Booking on the operator's own site is the only way to get seven-day validity instead of a single fixed date. No amendments after purchase, and tickets are non-refundable.
Outdoor attractions are suspended in a thunderstorm. Light rain does not usually stop things.
Most of the rides are physically demanding and not recommended in pregnancy, and the swimwear rules are enforced. No outside food or drink.
It is ticketed, not free: an adult day pass starts at about SGD 38 and a child ticket (ages 4 to 12) at around SGD 30, with a slightly cheaper rate if you book online in advance, where the ticket carries a seven-day validity. Inside are the usual water-park fixtures — a wave pool, a slow river you float around on a tube, and a set of high-speed slides — but the part that sets it apart is Rainbow Reef, a snorkelling lagoon stocked with thousands of fish that is included in the standard admission.
Opening hours are typically 10am to 5pm, though they shift with the calendar, so check the date you want before booking. It sits a short walk from the Resorts World monorail stop on Sentosa. Take the Sentosa Express from VivoCity level 3 (HarbourFront MRT, exit E) and alight at Resorts World Station — the park is a five-minute walk past the aquarium, not the final stop, so don't ride on to Beach Station.
The Rainbow Reef snorkel is included in the base ticket, so there's no need to buy a separate "snorkelling" add-on at the counter — the paid animal experiences are the shark and ray dives, a different thing entirely. Head there as the gates open, before the reef fills up and the free loungers by Bluwater Bay are all taken.
