AltitudeX is Singapore's only indoor skydiving centre, at 43 Siloso Beach Walk on Sentosa, and until December 2025 it traded as iFly Singapore — same operator, same vertical wind tunnel, new name.
FORMERLY: Rebranded from iFly Singapore to AltitudeX when the iFly licence expired; the operator states the transformation took effect 7 Nov 2025, with an official launch reported 12 Dec 2025. Same tunnel and operator. Verified against altitudex.com, sentosa.com.sg and mccy.gov.sg, 2026-08-01. People still search "iFly Singapore" — keep the alias.
AltitudeX is the renamed iFly Singapore indoor-skydiving wind tunnel at Siloso Beach. You buy a package of one, two or six skydives, each with a ninety-minute session including gear and training.
Minimum age seven, and under-eighteens need a parent or guardian. Weight limits are 120kg under 1.8m tall, or 140kg above it.
You cannot fly if pregnant, in a hard cast, under the influence, or with any history of shoulder dislocation or back or neck injury.
Trainers or sneakers are compulsory, and you must check in an hour before your flight time.
What you actually do is float on a column of air inside a glass-walled chamber about five storeys tall, with a certified instructor holding you steady, so it recreates the free-fall part of a skydive without the aircraft or the parachute. It is ticketed rather than free: a first-timer package covering two flights starts around S$79 for visitors, with lower rates for Singapore residents who book online in advance, and prices shift by timeslot under a peak and off-peak system. Sessions run daily from roughly mid-morning to late evening, and everything is slotted, so you book a time rather than turn up and queue.
It sits right beside Beach Station, the southern terminus of the Sentosa Express, a two-minute walk from Siloso Beach itself. Take the Sentosa Express to Beach Station (the last stop) rather than Imbiah — AltitudeX is the building right next to the platform, and the free Beach Shuttle stops there too, so you never have to walk the length of the island.
Two things catch first-timers out. The headline S$79 buys two flights of about 45–60 seconds each, not a continuous few minutes of airtime, so read the flight count before deciding it is dear or cheap. And the cheapest way in is to book online ahead on a Super Off-Peak slot — weekday mornings or late evenings — at the resident rate if you hold a Singapore ID, which is a materially lower price than the walk-up tourist tier.

Southwest Monsoon
June to September
Short, sharp early-morning showers and occasional squall lines. Drier overall than the northeast wet phase.
The other good window. Rain tends to arrive early and clear, leaving usable afternoons. This is also when haze can occur, which is worth checking rather than assuming.
