萊佛士酒店（Raffles Hotel）坐落在市政區海灘路（Beach Road）1號，是一家殖民時期的老酒店，1887年開業，經過兩年翻修後於2019年重新開門。

Do not plan on wandering the hotel. Raffles publishes no lobby or public-areas policy for non-guests, and the main building is residents-only in practice.
The Long Bar queues heavily in the afternoon and takes no small-group bookings, so a mid-afternoon Singapore Sling can mean a long wait.
自那次修復起，主大堂就只對住店客人開放了，所以只來逛一天的訪客改去萊佛士拱廊（Raffles Arcade）逛商店和精品店，或去它的酒吧和餐廳，這些都對公眾開放。多數人衝的是 Long Bar——它是新加坡司令（Singapore Sling）這款雞尾酒的發源地，一杯從大約 39 新元起（未含服務費和稅）；營業時間週日到週三是上午11點到晚上10點半，週四到週六到晚上11點半。
全程要求著裝得體（smart-casual）。它離政府大廈（City Hall）地鐵站不遠，就在萊佛士城（Raffles City）旁邊。從政府大廈地鐵站 A 出口出來，穿過萊佛士城再過海灘路——Long Bar 要從二樓的萊佛士拱廊進去，而不是走海灘路那道氣派的門廊，那道門現在只讓住店客人進。
Long Bar 是全新加坡唯一一個把亂丟垃圾當成儀式的地方——點酒會免費送花生，剝下的殼直接扔地上就行。要留神的是這杯司令本身：大約 39 新元再加上服務費和消費稅（GST），一杯到手接近 46 新元，而且吧檯不接受預訂，所以挑工作日的下午過來，既躲開旅行團的人潮，也省得排隊。
