從萊佛士坊地鐵站（Raffles Place） H 出口出來，走到皇后坊約五分鐘；最近的巴士站是富麗敦廣場（Fullerton Square，站號03011），兩分鐘就到，落客走的是舊國會巷（Old Parliament Lane），不是河邊那一側。
常設展廳對公民和永久居民免費，但對遊客要收15新元票價，所以如果你符合10新元優惠票的條件——60歲及以上長者、學生，或殘障人士加一名陪同者——記得帶上證件，因為這個優惠只在訪客服務櫃檯憑證給，不會預設給你。週五晚上9點閉館前那段是最清靜的時候，能避開學生團，好好看那些沉船瓷器和信仰主題的展廳。
