singaporecity360° Marina Bay
Marina Bay is the reclaimed waterfront basin at the mouth of the Singapore River, ringed by Marina Bay Sands, the Merlion, the Singapore Flyer, Gardens by the Bay and the CBD skyline — effectively the postcard image of modern Singapore compressed into one walkable loop.
The Bayfront and Marina Bay promenades connect all of it on foot, and the full loop around the water runs to about 3.5km. The free Spectra light-and-water show plays nightly outside Marina Bay Sands, with fireworks added for major public holidays.
Because it's an open waterfront rather than a single ticketed attraction, there's no entry fee or opening hours for the bay itself — only for the individual sights around it.
Walking the full loop after dark is the best free activity in Singapore — start at Merlion Park, cross the Helix Bridge to the Flyer and Gardens, then loop back past Marina Bay Sands in time for the Spectra show (check the current nightly schedule, it shifts a few times a year).

The other good window. Rain tends to arrive early and clear, leaving usable afternoons. This is also when haze can occur, which is worth checking rather than assuming.
