土生華人博物館（Peranakan Museum）位於亞美尼亞街（Armenian Street）上的舊道南學校校舍裡，就在史丹福路旁的博物館區，是全世界唯一一座完全講述土生華人文化的博物館——也就是本地華馬混血、以及更廣義的海峽土生族群。

它經過近四年的重修，於2023年2月重新開放，如今常設展分佈在三層樓裡，圍繞根源、家與家庭生活、服飾三大主題展開，其中一張華麗的土生華人婚床是重點展品之一。新加坡公民和永久居民免費入場；非居民統一收S$12，這張票也涵蓋當期的所有特展，目前正在展的是《孔雀之力》（Peacock Power，展至2026年8月30日）。
這是個規模緊湊的館，兩小時內就能逛完，修復後的舊校舍本身也是看點之一。新加坡國家博物館沿史丹福路往上走大約五分鐘就到，兩處一個上午一起逛正好。最近的地鐵站是政府大廈站（City Hall，B出口），出來沿史丹福路往上走五到八分鐘、有指示牌指向亞美尼亞街；如果你正好在環線上，勿拉士峇沙站（Bras Basah）會稍微近一點。
非居民統一交S$12，特展已經包含在內，所以不像濱海灣那幾家博物館還要另算一張特展票；新加坡公民和永久居民憑證件免費進。有條件的話，一定要跟一場義務講解員帶的免費導覽，每天都有——他們會把婚床、串珠繡鞋這類多數人徑直走過的展品講出門道來。
