The Pinnacle@Duxton is a public housing block at 1 Cantonment Road, on the Chinatown edge of Tanjong Pagar — seven 50-storey towers joined at the top by a 500-metre sky garden that loops around the whole complex.

There is no online booking and no advance ticket. You register your name and mobile number at the kiosk on level 1 of Block 1G, Cantonment Road, and pay there. Because of the 150-a-day cap, arriving late risks being turned away.

Only 150 members of the public a day, and 50 on the bridge at once. Once the quota is gone, so is public access for that day.
The EZ-Link tap-to-enter method that almost every guide still describes has been retired. You now pay at a kiosk by NETS or Visa/Mastercard and get a printed QR code. There is no cash option, and topping up an EZ-Link card will not get you in.
The QR code expires an hour after you register and covers one entry only — scan the same code to get out again.
No food or drink, no pets, no bicycles or skateboards on the skybridge, and visitors are asked to leave in a thunderstorm.
The reason a visitor goes is that top level: the 50th-floor skybridge is open to the public and gives a walk-around view over the central business district, the harbour and, on a clear day, Sentosa. Entry costs SGD 6, and there is no ticket counter — you pay by tapping a stored-value EZ-Link card at the gantry, so you need to bring one. Numbers are capped at 150 visitors a day, with only 50 people allowed up at any one time, which keeps the deck quiet even when it is full.
It is about a ten-minute walk from Maxwell Food Centre and the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, so it pairs naturally with a Chinatown afternoon. Public access is from the Block 1G lift lobby specifically — not the other towers — and the nearest MRT is Outram Park, roughly a ten-minute walk up Cantonment Road.
The fee is EZ-Link only — there is no cash option and no card sold on site, so an empty or forgotten transit card means no entry. Because just 150 people are let up each day, weekend afternoons can hit the cap; go in the morning if you are visiting on a Saturday or Sunday.
