習慣二 · 善用換乘
Fares are charged on the total distance travelled in one journey, regardless of mode and whether direct or with transfers. 從地鐵換巴士（或巴士換巴士）有 45 分鐘， 地鐵換地鐵有 15 分鐘——2 小時內最多可換乘 5 次。坐完地鐵再接一段巴士，通常只多幾分錢，不會再算一次全程車費。

A private shuttle fare is paid on top of the public fare AND ends the fare journey, so a following public leg starts a fresh journey at the first band. This is why a flat-fare shuttle can cost more overall than a longer public bus ride.

在這裡，新加坡就不再是一座貴城市了。
新加坡共有 129 個 NEA（國家環境局）小販中心，合計超過 6,900 個熟食攤位。 其中 59 個攤位，分佈在 28 個小販中心裡， 拿到了米其林必比登推介（Bib Gourmand）——專門頒給“物美價廉”的好味道。在這裡，去小販中心不是為省錢將就， 而是因為好吃的東西本就在那兒。
我們不打算在這裡印一個價格。米其林不公佈價格，而每一個數字都得在攤位前當面核實過才敢放上本站—— 所以我們的美食頁面目前只列出攤位的招牌菜和它在哪，並如實說明價格尚未確認。 隨手寫個好記的整數是這裡最好寫的一句話，也會是第一句寫錯的話。

- 小販中心的一餐要多少錢
還沒在任何一個攤位當面核實過。這個數字會來自我們自己的核對，而不是拍腦袋猜的。
- 遊客交通通票是否比按次買划算
這取決於通票價格，而我們還沒從運營方那兒讀到。有了上面的車費，等我們拿到通票價，你自己就能算出來。
- 任何形式的酒店房價
老站點做過幾篇酒店盤點。在旅遊網站上，房價過時得比什麼都快，而我們手上沒有酒店資料——所以一個也不發。
- 多數景點的兒童、學生、老年票價
我們核實的是成人價。只有在運營方明確公佈時，才記錄了優惠票價。
