习惯一 · 一律刷卡
成人短途一程，刷卡 S$1.28，付现金 S$2.10——同一个座位，贵了 64%。 刷卡横穿整座岛，单程最高也只封顶在 S$2.57。
习惯二 · 善用换乘
Fares are charged on the total distance travelled in one journey, regardless of mode and whether direct or with transfers. 从地铁换巴士（或巴士换巴士）有 45 分钟， 地铁换地铁有 15 分钟——2 小时内最多可换乘 5 次。坐完地铁再接一段巴士，通常只多几分钱，不会再算一次全程车费。

A private shuttle fare is paid on top of the public fare AND ends the fare journey, so a following public leg starts a fresh journey at the first band. This is why a flat-fare shuttle can cost more overall than a longer public bus ride.

在这里，新加坡就不再是一座贵城市了。
新加坡共有 129 个 NEA（国家环境局）小贩中心，合计超过 6,900 个熟食摊位。 其中 59 个摊位，分布在 28 个小贩中心里， 拿到了米其林必比登推介（Bib Gourmand）——专门颁给“物美价廉”的好味道。在这里，去小贩中心不是为省钱将就， 而是因为好吃的东西本就在那儿。
我们不打算在这里印一个价格。米其林不公布价格，而每一个数字都得在摊位前当面核实过才敢放上本站—— 所以我们的美食页面目前只列出摊位的招牌菜和它在哪，并如实说明价格尚未确认。 随手写个好记的整数是这里最好写的一句话，也会是第一句写错的话。

一份省钱攻略，好不好用取决于它最差的那个数字，所以下面是我们目前还拿不出的那些。
- 小贩中心的一餐要多少钱
还没在任何一个摊位当面核实过。这个数字会来自我们自己的核对，而不是拍脑袋猜的。
- 游客交通通票是否比按次买划算
这取决于通票价格，而我们还没从运营方那儿读到。有了上面的车费，等我们拿到通票价，你自己就能算出来。
- 任何形式的酒店房价
老站点做过几篇酒店盘点。在旅游网站上，房价过时得比什么都快，而我们手上没有酒店数据——所以一个也不发。
- 多数景点的儿童、学生、老年票价
我们核实的是成人价。只有在运营方明确公布时，才记录了优惠票价。
