濱海堤壩（Marina Barrage）位於濱海水道口、濱海灣的南緣，既是一座在用的水壩，也是一座公園。
出發前，有 4 件事要先知道
The Sustainable Singapore Gallery is closed all day on Tuesdays and shuts for lunch every day. The green roof and outdoor areas stay open.
The water playground closes without warning in heavy rain, lightning or for emergency maintenance — PUB suggests calling 6514 5959 first if that is why you are coming. It also does not open until 12.30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The green roof is completely exposed with no shade. Brutal at midday; late afternoon into the evening is the sensible time, and it stays open all night.
It is a long walk from the nearest MRT with limited public transport, so factor in the approach.
它當初建來是要把濱海灣變成一座淡水蓄水池、同時擋住潮水，而遊客真正上去的地方，是壩頂那片草坡——一道敞開的斜坡，海風灌進來，正對著水面另一頭的城市天際線。草坡和壩頂24小時開放、免費入場，人們上來放風箏、野餐、消磨一整個傍晚。裡面還有一個可持續新加坡展館（Sustainable Singapore Gallery），也免費，用互動展項講新加坡的水和環境故事；開放時間為每天上午9點到下午6點，週二休息，中午12點到1點午休。
它在濱海灣花園以南約十分鐘步程，兩處很容易湊成一個下午。進去最快的走法，是從濱海灣花園地鐵站（TE22）1號出口走那條有遮蓋的地下通道，大約5分鐘，而不是坐很多舊攻略還讓你從濱海灣站搭的400路公交。
壩頂幾乎完全沒有遮蔭，所以正午又曬、風箏也飛不起來。改在傍晚過後來，海風起來了才真能放風箏，還能看著天際線一點點亮燈——而且在濱海灣金沙有Spectra燈光秀的晚上，壩頂隔著水面就能免費、不用擠地看，比在金沙那側的海邊人擠人強多了。

The other good window. Rain tends to arrive early and clear, leaving usable afternoons. This is also when haze can occur, which is worth checking rather than assuming.
