The resort itself — the mall, the lobby, the waterfront promenade and the nightly Spectra light show at the Event Plaza — costs nothing. You pay for height: the SkyPark Observation Deck on Level 56.

Entry is timed, and the operator asks visitors to pre-purchase to secure a slot. The box office closes at 9.15pm even though the deck runs to 10pm.

Go for the view, once, and go at about 6.30pm so one ticket covers daylight, sunset and the lit city. Join Sands LifeStyle first — it is free and takes the adult non-peak price from S$35 to S$24.50.
Skip it if you are hoping to swim in the infinity pool — that is hotel guests only, and no ticket sold here reaches it. Skip it in heavy rain: the deck is unsheltered and closes for lightning.

This ticket does NOT include the infinity pool. The pool is on Level 57 and is reserved for hotel guests; the ticket buys the Level 56 observation deck. It is the single most common misunderstanding about Marina Bay Sands.
The deck is unsheltered. It closes temporarily in extreme rain or lightning, umbrellas are not provided, and opening one up there is discouraged because of the wind.
No luggage and no professional camera gear — tripods, lights and reflectors are all refused. Luggage can be checked at the Tower 3 Guest Services desk.
National Day in the Sky is not running in 2026. It is expected to return in a future year.
泳池只對入住客人開放，但空中花園的觀景臺另外買票就能上，不住店的人也能逛樓下的購物商場The Shoppes——裡頭有條室內運河，還能坐舢板遊船——以及每晚在濱水步道免費看Spectra燈光水舞秀。各部分的開放時間各不相同（賭場、商場、空中花園、酒店各有各的），並沒有統一的一個時段，所以最好針對你要去的那一項單獨查一下，別想當然。它坐鎮濱海灣南端，正對濱海灣花園的水對岸。
空中花園觀景臺的票比想上泳池層便宜、人也少，提前在網上訂還能省去櫃檯排隊——日落時段最先賣光，打算看日落就得早點訂。

The other good window. Rain tends to arrive early and clear, leaving usable afternoons. This is also when haze can occur, which is worth checking rather than assuming.

The whole approach from Bayfront station through The Shoppes is underground and air-conditioned, so you can reach the lift lobby dry. The deck itself is open to the sky, which is where the rain matters.

The observation deck is entirely open to the sky and 56 storeys up, so it is windy and fully exposed. Getting there is sheltered; being there is not.
