每天上午8点半到下午6点开放，最后售票时间为下午5点半；其中「脆弱森林」雨林穿行区和放养的红毛猩猩活动区是最有名的看点。它坐落在万礼野生动物保护区内，紧挨着夜间野生动物园和河川生态园，所以如果一趟行程要逛不止一座园，买多园联票是最省钱的常规做法。喂食和饲养员讲解全天按公布的时间表进行，把行程安排在其中两三场附近，这一天会比一路走马观花看下来精彩得多。
园内的游览车能省下不少脚力，毕竟这地方是真的大，但它并不是每站都停——进门先看一眼游览车路线图，把要看的喂食场次挑在它真正经过的站点附近，别想当然以为它每个园区都到。

Mandai's own wording: Singapore citizens, permanent residents, and holders of an Employment Pass, Work Permit or Dependant's Pass aged 15 and above with a valid Singpass account. Sign-up is verified through Singpass MyInfo. Online you enter your WildPass-registered email; at the counter you may be asked for ID. Non-transferable, and it cannot be stacked with other promotions.
