Free for Singapore citizens and PRs on a pink or blue NRIC, and for children 6 and under of any nationality. Tourists and foreign residents pay S$9 adult, S$7 concession, or S$27 for a family.
Closed Mondays unless the Monday is a public holiday. Last admission is 5pm and the museum takes no cash.

The museum's own heading is "tourists and foreign residents" — a foreigner living in Singapore pays the same as a visitor.

S$9

The museum's own wording is Singapore citizens and permanent residents, and the rate is genuinely zero rather than discounted. A pink or blue NRIC is checked at Visitor Services.
Five thematic galleries and the replica Changi Chapel. Our estimate.

Short, sharp early-morning showers and occasional squall lines. Drier overall than the northeast wet phase.
The other good window. Rain tends to arrive early and clear, leaving usable afternoons. This is also when haze can occur, which is worth checking rather than assuming.
