  • Incredible Diversity: The S.E.A. Aquarium has a vast collection of marine animals, including more than 100,000 marine animals of over 1,000 species. It is a showcase of a myriad of marine life ranging from large pelagic animals like sharks, rays, and groupers, to colorful tropical fish, seahorses, jellyfish, and crustaceans.
  • Apex Predators of the Sea (Previously Shark Seas): One of the most popular exhibits is the Apex Predators of the Sea, where visitors can witness a wide variety of shark species such as Sandbar Sharks, Blacktip Reef Sharks, Sand Tiger Sharks and Scalloped Hammerhead Sharks. The exhibit provides a rare opportunity to learn about these misunderstood creatures and their importance in the ocean ecosystem.

How to Get There

  • By MRT: Take the North-East Line (Purple Line) and alight at HarbourFront MRT Station (NE1/CC29). From there, transfer to the Sentosa Express monorail located on the third floor of VivoCity shopping mall (HarbourFront Station) to get to Sentosa Island. Alight at Waterfront Station and follow the signs to the S.E.A. Aquarium.
  • By Bus: Take bus numbers 65, 80, 93, 188, 855, 10, 30, 97, 100, 131, 143, 145, 166, or 188 and alight at VivoCity. From there, transfer to the Sentosa Express monorail located on the third floor of VivoCity shopping mall (HarbourFront Station) to get to Sentosa Island. Alight at Waterfront Station and follow the signs to the S.E.A. Aquarium.
  • By Car/Taxi: Take the Sentosa Gateway and follow the signs to the S.E.A. Aquarium. There are car parking facilities available at the attraction.

Entrance Fee

  • The standard admission fee for adults is SGD 41, while children (ages 4 to 12 years old) and seniors (ages 60 and above) can enjoy discounted rates at SGD 30.
  • There are also various package options available, such as the S.E.A. Aquarium and Universal Studios Singapore package, which offers combined admission to both attractions at a discounted rate.

  • Introduction: I recently visited the S.E.A. Aquarium in Singapore and was blown away by the incredible range of sea creatures on display.
  • Highlight: The highlight of my visit was the massive Open Ocean tank, which houses some of the largest fish and sharks I have ever seen. The vibrant coral reefs were also incredibly beautiful.
  • Criticism: The aquarium was quite crowded during my visit, which made it difficult to see some of the exhibits. It is advisable that you arrive as early as possible, preferably before the crowd gathers.
  • Recommendation: Overall, I would highly recommend the S.E.A. Aquarium to anyone interested in marine life. It’s a great attraction for families, couples, and solo travelers alike.

This outstanding attraction is especially ideal for families with young children, who are sure to be thoroughly captivated and enlightened by the experience.
  • Conclusion: In sum, my sojourn to the S.E.A. Aquarium was nothing short of a superlative amalgamation of education and entertainment. I wholeheartedly endorse this incredible destination and would unequivocally recommend it to others.

  • Criticism: When I went to the aquarium, there were a lot of people there. They were all trying to see the fish and other sea creatures and I’m having difficulty to take photos. It was hard to enjoy everything because there were so many people around. Additionally, some of the tanks seemed a bit dark and unable to see the sea creatures clearly.
  • Recommendation: Overall, I would highly recommend the S.E.A. Aquarium to anyone interested in marine life. It’s a great attraction for families, couples, and solo travelers alike.
