Admission runs on limited capacity per timeslot, and the operator recommends booking in advance to get the slot you want. Tickets are also sold at the counter. Bring ID — it is checked for the resident, child, senior and PWD rates.

Strollers are not allowed in the galleries — the shophouse is too narrow. There is a parking area for them on the first floor.
No more than three wheelchair users can be in the Centre at one time. Every floor is reachable by lift, but some passages are tight when it is busy.
Tripods, selfie sticks and flash are not permitted. Ordinary photography is fine.

新加坡居民每一档票都便宜约四成——成人票大概是15新元而不是25新元——但要在柜台出示证件才享得到，所以记得带上。那些复原的隔间内景才是来这儿的理由；展览不大，认真看一小时也够了，别把整个下午都排给它。
