Marina Bay Sands has in all aspects exceeded our expectations of this new hotel icon in Singapore. Rooms are wonderful and spacious, the Roof Top with amazing swimming pool and bar/restaurant extraordinary. We would stay there any time again to enjoy the beauty of this hotel and the atmosphere on the roof top. If anything should be said negatively, it is only the crowds who at times make the hotel a bit too noisy and the pool too crowded. price is on the higher side but somehow justified by the many amenities you have.

I had planned this staycation months in advance, and hoped that my wife would be amazed on her brithday. When we checked into the suite- the view simply took our breaths away. The club facilities at the Club room kept us more than amply fed at tea, with the canapes and drinks in the evening a nice way to round off an afternoon swimming in the infinity pool. I do not think there is a hotel experience out there that can beat this one for impact, emotion and passion of stay. The impact of the stay extends beyond the physical design of the hotel- which is impeccable. It’s the whole experience of being suspended in the air, with the clouds drifting by overhead, looking at the heart of the financial district. It’s the emotion evoked to see the past and present history of Singapore melded together beneath you- the Singapore River, Chinatown, the Esplanade, the corporate headquarters of multinationals- all poised at rest on a lazy Saturday afternoon. Yet, deep down, the sum achievement of capitalism and governance converge beneath the wide expanse of an international coterie of tourists out for a dip- a reassurance that they are part of an experience that is rare around the world- as rare as island states that make it to advanced nation status (in many ways, albeit some areas are still works in progress)- within half a century. To swim in the pool is to partake in a ritual which I know is the result of an amazing confluence of daring government policy and the dreams of corporate magnates sponsoring cutting-edge architects. Where else in the world can so much passion be found, but at the Marina Bay Sands?

We arrived at the hotel at 3 PM. But we could not check-in until 7 PM because of the late of cleaning. We had to go to the front desk three times to check-in

I was very happy with the service given. My hubby was very impressed as he was surprised with a birthday cake as it was his birthday! The cake was awesome! Overall was very satisfied except for one unsatisfied impression towards one of the lady concierge. We asked if we could use the skypark after we checked. With her snobbish look, no smile given, she asked if we are guests there. I guess her name is Jun. We answered yes but answer wasn’t satisfied enough. We had to ask another lady concierge who gave us a brief explaination but of course with a SMILE!!!!

Very busy hotel with strict check-in and check-out times. Very little seating in reception. House keeping very slow – 3 hours wait for a bucket of ice; 5 requests for an extra bed. Could hear people talking in other rooms through the bathroom drains! Pool is spectacular but too busy both with swimmers and people viewing. Restaurants very expensive and not huge variety. Would definitely not stay here if on business; might stay again for leisure, but there are better hotels in Singapore

Opulence, ambience and total luxury. Words cannot describe the experience of staying here. The foyer is world class, complete with quartets to entertain you at various times of the day, the pool area is breathtaking, the rooms are perfect and well equipped, and the staff are very friendly and ever helpful. Your every need is catered for. We will definately be returning, and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore!!

Skypark is the main attraction for this hotel. The place of the hotel is perfect and the general services are well organized.

With over two and a half thousand room, arriving is worse than checking into an airport. The hotel lacks any sense of intimacy and all facilities are overcrowded – especially the famous roof top pool. Service is superficial, ourselves and other guest around us had frequent complaints. It may have the attractions, but it can not support an acceptable customer experience. When considering the costs of this place, it is absolutely not worth it.

Fantastic. The hotel staff did everything in their power to ensure our stay was remarkable and memorable. It was all of that, thank you to all involved.
