This stalled is operated by Mr. Gerald Tang, nephew of MR. Tang Chay Seng of Tai Hwa Pork Noodle and the two stalls are operate independently.
Take notice of the slight difference between the stall’s name:
- Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle (大华猪肉粿条面)
- Tai Wah Pork Noodle (大华肉脞面)
Tai Wah Pork noodle (Hong Lim Market) (大华肉脞面) is the proud recipient of Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022.
